Technical Overview:

Manufactured in the USA using only high-strength chromoly materials, the RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle kit is a robust upgrade over the factory axles in the Nissan Patrol Y61, offering a stronger and more modern design.

Factory axles were designed with 31-spline shafts at the differential, tapering down to 27 splines at the CV joint — a known weak point. This kit eliminates that issue by replacing the 27-spline CV joints with a 30-spline performance joint made from 300M material, removing the need for shaft tapering.

Additionally, the inner axles are reinforced with 300M material, providing even greater load resistance.
